In the world of job service heat treatment, we see growing demands on quality, process reliability and energy efficiency. Today’s hardening factories are faced with the challenge of always offering their customers state-of-the-art technology and optimum quality, while at the same time operating in an economically tense market environment. A complete replacement of existing systems often seems necessary, but in many cases, it is neither technically nor economically necessary.

The alternative to this is „retrofit“. With targeted modernization measures, we are bringing proven technology up to the level of 2025. For example, we recently successfully modernized the entire multi-purpose chamber furnace line at our Wilthen site.

How do you as a customer benefit from this? You will receive the quality and performance of today’s new systems at still cost-effective conditions. Processes such as carburizing, case hardening or quenching and tempering are operated with current process standards: precise, reproducible and efficient. Other advantages include complete traceability for the highest quality assurance, an optimized diffusion computer for even better hardness curves and process times, and intelligent controls.
