Are you interested in technology and looking for an apprenticeship with a future? At the Wilthen site, we train mechatronics engineers and materials testers. In your training as a mechatronics engineer, theoretical phases at the BSZ Bautzen vocational school are combined with practical training at our plant and at the Chip Academy in Dresden.
During your practical assignments, you will learn how to maintain and repair our state-of-the-art heat treatment equipment. This includes all technologies of the „hardening world“ such as nitriding furnaces, low-pressure carburizing units, multi-purpose chamber furnaces, induction systems and vacuum furnaces. But that’s not all: Your areas of responsibility will also include accompanying processes such as blasting systems, washing systems and straightening presses.
