This year, the VTN Group was once again represented at the Paris Air Show 2025 – one of the most important trade fairs for aerospace technology worldwide. As an established heat treater in this industry segment, we make a reliable contribution to the aerospace industry. For many years, we have been carrying out high-precision heat treatment for a wide range of programs. From landing gears for a variety of different Airbus and Boeing models to the military sector (e.g. Lockheed Martin F35) and engine components for the Ariane rocket.

VTN offers a wide range of large-format vacuum hardening furnaces for the aerospace industry, including systems with dimensions of 3,000 × 1,700 × 1,400 mm and a maximum load of up to 6 tons – ideal for complex geometries and heavy or large components. With our recent investment in low pressure carburizing (LPC) equipment, we are also able to offer case hardening or oil quenching processes for „flying“ parts.

For decades, we have been meeting the highest requirements of the aerospace industry. This is reflected in our NADCAP accreditation with merit status as well as our EN 9100 certification.
