The VTN team was again represented at the career fair in Loebau from 27.09.2025 to 28.09.2025 with the VTN Wilthen GmbH booth. To shape the future, we informed interested parents and young people about the 2026 apprenticeships. This year’s trade fair team consisted of Beate Krüger (Head of Quality Assurance), Georg Hauser (Production Manager), Marcus Weber (Maintenance Manager) and Christine Hadrossek (Human Resources Officer).

For two days, the broad-based team was available to answer questions from all interested parties about the many questions and exciting tasks in our company. We were able to report first-hand about our industry, our work culture and vacancies. A special focus was placed on our apprenticeships. VTN offers attractive apprenticeships in the professions of materials tester, industrial mechanic and mechatronics engineer. It was great to make many new contacts and meet inspiring people. The trade fair was once again a complete success for us, and we would like to thank the numerous visitors to our booth for their interest.
